What size should I order?
When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website and in our footer
Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit.

What payments are accepted?
Volante AutoClub accepts Amex, apple pay, amazon pay, paypal, shopify pay, visa, mastercard, google pay, meta pay, discover, elo, ucb and union pay. If you have any questions about payments please visit our contact page.
When will my order ship?
Volante AutoClub Shipping Policy

1. General Information
At Volante AutoClub, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
2. Processing Time
- Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- The manufacturer and the courier process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates will be provided at the time of checkout. Please note, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Volante AutoClub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Volante AutoClub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your country's regulations and the shipping option chosen.

What if I need to return or exchange my item?
Volante AutoClub Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy
At Volante AutoClub, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges.
2. Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Customized or personalized items
- Special orders
- Products that have been used or altered
4. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at volanteautoclub@gmail.com and send your item to our return address.
7. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
8. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional charges.
