Volante AutoClub Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

At Volante AutoClub, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Special orders
  • Products that have been used or altered

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team
  • Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at volanteautoclub@gmail.com and send your item to our return address.

7. Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional charges.
